At Laperm Design, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products and custom-made designs. As our products are non-tangible and custom-made, all sales are final, and refunds or returns are not permitted, except under specific conditions outlined below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, except in the following cases:

✅ Technical Issues with Digital Products:

  • If you experience issues accessing or downloading a purchased digital product, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
  • We will provide assistance to resolve the issue. If we cannot fix it, a refund may be issued.

✅ Errors in Custom Orders (Design Services):

  • If we make an error in a custom design order that differs from the agreed specifications, we will offer one free revision to correct it.
  • Refunds are not granted for client-requested modifications after the final delivery.

✅ Non-Delivery of Product:

  • If you do not receive your digital product within the promised timeframe and we cannot provide a solution, you may request a refund.

✅ Defective or Corrupt Files:

  • If the file is damaged or corrupted and cannot be repaired or replaced, you may be eligible for a refund.

2. No Refund Policy for the Following Cases

❌ Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you decide you no longer want the product after purchase.

❌ Wrong Product Selection: It is the customer’s responsibility to review the product details before purchase.

❌ Lack of Technical Skills: If you are unable to use the product due to lack of knowledge, no refund will be issued.

❌ Late Requests: Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be considered.

❌ Customization Dissatisfaction: If the design was completed based on agreed specifications, refunds are not allowed. However, minor adjustments may be offered at our discretion.

3. Product Exchanges & Modifications

🔹 Digital Products:

  • If you purchased the wrong version of a digital product, we may allow an exchange for the correct version upon request.

🔹 Custom Designs:

  • Small modifications can be made free of charge within 3 days of receiving the final product.
  • Major changes may require an additional fee.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

🚨 Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of our policy. 🚨

If you experience any issues, please reach out to us before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are happy to assist and find a solution.
