Laperm Design & Store – Terms and Conditions (AGB) & Refund Policy

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the websites and subdomains of Laperm Design, including:

By placing an order on our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital Products (Downloads)

Purchase & Access

Digital products are delivered via direct download after successful payment. Downloads are available immediately through the email confirmation or user dashboard.

Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

You waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins. This waiver is confirmed at checkout.

Defective Files

If a file is defective or corrupt, we will provide a working version or refund the full amount within 7 days.

3. Custom Services (Design, Branding, Web/App Assistance)

Request & Production

Custom services begin after confirmation and payment. A project brief is agreed with the client in writing (email or form).

Cancellation & Refund

Services are non-refundable once production has started. If no work has begun, cancellation is possible within 24 hours.

Revisions

Each service includes up to 2 minor revisions unless otherwise agreed.

4. Physical Products (Laperm Store)

Shipping

Products are delivered within the EU. Standard delivery time is 3–10 business days. Tracking is provided when available.

Return Policy

You have the right to return a product within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (Widerrufsrecht), except for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Products opened or damaged by the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty

All products come with a 2-year warranty under EU law. For faulty items, we will repair, replace, or refund.

5. Payment & Pricing

All prices are in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major payment methods including PayPal, Stripe, and Credit Card.

6. Data Protection (GDPR)

We are committed to protecting your data. This applies to all services and websites under Laperm Design, including the Laperm Store (store.laperm-design.com).
