These terms define the legal boundaries regarding the acquisition of our premium technical assets engineered for high-performance web ecosystems.
1.1 License Usage
Every digital product purchased from Laperm grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to integrate and execute the script inside your or your client’s active platforms. You are strictly forbidden from reselling, sub-licensing, redistributing, or repackaging our raw source code as standalone elements.
1.2 Limitation of Liability
Laperm code is provided “as is” and optimized for clean, standard front-end structures. We cannot guarantee cross-compatibility with heavily modified, bloated, or unoptimized third-party setups. Laperm is not responsible for structural disruptions or loss of operational revenue caused by improper custom implementations.
2. Refund & Exchange Policy
Because our studio delivers instantly downloadable and highly reproducible digital assets, software structures, and clean source code, traditional physical commerce rules do not apply.
Digital Goods Finality Notice: Due to the immutable nature of digital files, all sales at Laperm are strictly final. Once your account accesses, copies, or downloads the raw asset contents, the product is deemed fully consumed. Consequently, no refunds, credits, exchanges, or returns will be authorized under any circumstances.
2.1 Anti-Exploitation Protection
Since scripts, snippets, and visual configurations can be instantly copied and archived upon download, issuing refunds would enable intellectual property extraction without consideration. This absolute policy ensures our studio can safely distribute high-efficiency software architectures globally.
2.2 Functional Assurance
While sales are non-refundable, our technical commitment is absolute. If any unedited digital file contains native corruptions or structural bugs, our engineering team will provide rapid asset updates or core file replacements during standard support iterations.
3. Privacy Policy
Your digital footprint protection is central to our engineering architecture. We enforce absolute data transparency across all transaction layers.
3.1 Data Minimization Philosophy
Following strict privacy principles, Laperm practices aggressive data minimization. We only collect essential infrastructure logs necessary to securely process transactions and distribute code access keys (e.g., e-mail addresses, processor validation tokens, and core geo-compliance parameters).
3.2 Exclusion of Tracking Third-Parties
We do not track your behavioral habits across the web, nor do we sell customer database records to dynamic advertising brokers. All system telemetry and invoice logs remain securely contained within our dark, private architecture layers.
3.3 Right to Erasure
You preserve the fundamental right to audit your active licenses and demand the permanent erasure of your identification logs from our transaction nodes at any time, provided such erasure does not invalidate live server check requirements for active software packages.
